What to expect during the process:
Initial Consultation – Introductory meeting to brainstorm
your thoughts onto paper.
Second Meeting – Presentation of initial floor plans.
Opportunity to make changes.
Final Meeting – Finalization of blueprints, consultation
on building products. Payment for final blueprints. Barnes
offers a full credit for the price of the plans if all material
is purchased through Barnes. The full set of working plans
includes the foundation plans, floor plans and elevations.
All plans are built to the 2006 International Residential Code.
